Welcome to Net Conference and Conventions Online Booking Service for WFES 2010
The Booking Service allows you to book hotels, transfers, tours, meet and greet services and request a visa.
• First Time User - click on 'Please register here', to set up your log in details
• Existing User - enter User Name and Password to log in
Before using the system, please note that the online system allows reservations and payments to be made online using a Visa or Mastercard. If you wish to pay by bank transfer then contact our office directly to make your reservation, see Contact Us for full contact details.
• Book Hotels - use the hotel search to book your hotel.
• Book Transfers - use the transfer search to book private airport transfers for your arrival and / or departure.
• Book Tours - no tours currently available for WFES 2010.
• Book Services – use the book services to request a visa. If you request a visa, you must also complete the visa form see the visa form link in the Tool Box on the left hand side of the bookings screen.
Once you have made a Booking you have additional options available:
• View Documents - in the Booking Tools Box, you can view your Invoice Summary and Booking Voucher. The invoice is for your own records and the booking voucher should be represented to the supplier for services booked.
• Add an Element - multiple elements can be added to your booking, by either clicking on the green cross next to a confirmed / requested element or using the tabs options at the top of the screen.
• Retrieve a Booking - in the Tools Box on the left hand side, if you have made a booking and want to return to it you can find your booking.
• Make Payment – once all components of your booking have been made, a Pay Now button will be available for payment to be made by Visa or Mastercard online
